This website is operated by T Casa Projects Pty Ltd, ABN 71 675 028 181, QBCC licence 15455661. We build, renovate and extend homes across Noosa and the surrounding Sunshine Coast.
03 THESE TERMS ARE NOT YOUR BUILDING CONTRACT
Nothing on this website forms a contract for building work. If you engage us for a project, the work is carried out under a separate written building contract signed by both parties, and that contract sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, the payment terms, the warranties and the dispute process for your project.
Where these terms and a signed building contract cover the same subject, the building contract applies.
04 USING THIS WEBSITE
You may use this website to learn about our services, view our work and contact us. You agree not to:
use the site for any unlawful purpose
interfere with the site, its security or its normal operation
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
copy, scrape or republish content from the site except as permitted below
submit false, misleading or offensive information through our forms
05 ENQUIRIES, ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
Contacting us through this website does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline an enquiry, including where a project falls outside the type or location of work we take on.
Any indication of cost given before a written quote is an estimate only. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and can change as the design, the site conditions or the scope changes. Only a written quote issued and signed by us is binding, and it is binding on the terms stated in it.
06 OUR CONTENT AND IMAGES
All content on this website, including text, photographs, project images, layouts, graphics and our name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt or distribute our content without our written permission.
Photographs of completed projects show work carried out by us. They illustrate our workmanship and are not a representation that your project will have the same design, materials, finish or cost.
Where a project has been featured in the media, including the Halse Lodge restoration featured in Vogue Living in January 2025, any third party names, mastheads and trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
