Callitris Marcus Beach
Our Callitris project transformed a 70’s asbestos shack into a stunning modern coastal new build. Complete with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two generous living areas, a gym, a butler’s pantry, and an expansive kitchen, it also boasts a fully self-contained secondary dwelling.
This beautiful home is defined by its lofty ceilings, tranquil finishes, and thoughtful use of windows and glass to maximise natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The large second-story deck optimises stunning coastal views and the fresh sea breeze that circulates the home. A family home designed with functionality in mind allows you to take in those views while keeping an eye on the swimming pool below.
The project uses a blend of render, concrete, and weatherboard to achieve its sleek yet subtle modern design.
